The merchant will by no way knows the mobile number it needs to send the secure OTP to.

More like merchant to redirect the payment page back to the bank, which in turn trigger the OTP for authentication and verification, then redirect back to the merchant with status successful/failed.

ya basically its the merchant bank need configures / update and not the Public Bank side.. but still we are unable to utilise the card for online payment yet.. finger crossed they will update ASAP so we can earn our CB. PB card CB on online transaction is one of the best in the market i would say..

Ringgitplus (RP) is basically an agent/broker for the the respective bank. Quite a number of negative feedback on their FB on hassle to get the lazada voucher.

Basically, the bank will credit their comissions on batches (and fulfill conditions imposed by them ) and in return RP provides cardholder with lazada voucher., eg something like Shopback concept.

Of course you cant chase the bank to pay RP faster as tht their internal arrangement. RP will also have lead time to process on their end. Tht the trouble if you are claiming gift from broker /agent as the voucher is provided by RP rather than the bank.

Personally I never had any problem getting the promised voucher from RP. Strangely though, my brother did face problem with the voucher. I applied first but was processed later, and I get the voucher earlier. He applied later but was approved a month earlier. However his voucher was really slow and even had to make numerous calls to hsbc to get his voucher.

I just done my 8 swipes. Feeling this week will be more challenging with new Quantum users on board.

Btw i remember you had a long detailed sharing on split vs multiple transactions.
This morning i went to do a retail payment. I observed that the cashier directly enter the amount i want to pay (rm150) into the credit card merchant device, and swipe my card for payment. No system to capture the 'transaction'. Means, they will record down that i paid rm150 using manual capturing method (their even issue me a hand written receipt)

Which makes me wonder, in this case, there should be no way of having 'multiple' transactions, since the credit card terminal is not connected to any 'system'. Since we believe that we cannot let a supermarket cashier to scan all items, and pay with more than 1 swipe (which we believe will be taken as multiple)

My only regret is i did not ask the cashier to swipe my card 3 times instead of 1.

Just apply additional cards (PBB Quantum Visa / MasterCard) from PBB by sending to "custsvc@publicbank.com"

can I know what is the minimum threshold we can request for sms notification for all transactions?
coz the minimum amount is rm500 in the form.

can we call cs 03-2176833 to request for changes?

I only set rm1, which​ is enough smile.gif

once set, it automatically applies to new cards too, even the new Quantum.

I juz call cs and he told me to call during working hours coz he can't do it now....is it true or he's lazy to do it?

I like to apply the PBB credit card to get the free valentino creations 3-in-1 free gift.

Can I apply online? Is it safe through forum? What do I need to do?

Can I just submit I/C Both Sides & EPF Statement only as supporting documents?

Online payment yes but I doubt auto billing will consider online transaction..(btw what do you mean by online auto billing?)

Just realised that payment thru myTNB portal or apps can no longer be any amount but the outstanding balance. No under/over payment allowed.
