Which merchant? I tried using shopee yesterday evening and it was successful, the only problem is 11street.my

YES. this confirmed by CS earlier. which i don't know, I applied with same statement already.
If want to change to separate statement, I as Principal holder need to write in letter and mention separate statement,
and they will cancel current sup card and issue a new one (which i cannot understand this)
same statement, we can keep track the transaction in unbilled transaction in principal's Pbe.
For separate statement, my sub can only know the statement balance once they emailed the statement.
Cannot register Pbe to view unbilled transaction though.

Yes the CS said in email will do, write in formal letter with principal signature.
My case is at first I applied with form and tick same statement,
and card approved, got the card already.
But I ask for change to separate statement, so they ask me to do so.

If you havent apply the sup, then u just send in the sup form by tick with separate statement, i think should be more than enough already, no need letter.

Just received my supp card, but wrong card sent to me   

Applied for PBB Quantum MasterCard (double confirm before send email) but sent me PBB Quantum Visa, called to checked and they will call me during working hour, unable to check by now   

Here is the timeline for supp card application:
28/5 - An email sent to "custsvc@publicbank.com.my" with supporting docs
30/5 - acknowledge email received
7/6 - SMS received card is approved, within 3 working days for delivery
9/6 - received it by mail drop

were you able to find out the MCC ?

For Quantum credit cards... when apply, can only apply either one right? Either Visa or Master only...
