What are the meaning of Mail Orders and Unsecured Online Function?

Is already opt in. CS also mentioned ready to be used. Just dunno why transaction unsuccessful, tried other bank CC works well. Maybe need to request to change new account.

Anybody tried their quantum card online already? I'm having issues with iPay88 gateway. Card not an issue because I tried paying Maxis and it went tho.

iPay88 accepted my other cards (CIMB & SC) so it's not an issue with it either. The Quantum doesn't wanna work with iPay88.

Call to PBB reveled that no transaction was detected at all. Asked them if they blocked any merchants their answer is no.

I called CS everyday from Thursday to Saturday for same problem. Latest CS feedback me will forward my case to IT department to follow up. Anyway physical transaction no problem with it.

to add to the list.. i swipe my Quantum MasterCard on last Saturday  and the transaction go through and posted in my PBe. but toady when i try pay bills using UOB payonline and MyTNB portal both failed. After click proceed the page never goes to merchant site where we need to key in the TAC.

Anyone else facing the same issue as mine for Quantum MasterCard?

My Quantum Visa credit card was not issued together with Quantum Mastercard. I went to PBB branch to collect on 21 April 2017.  Called customer service said there was a problem with Visa card.

My online payment at Digi website using Quantum Mastercard was failed. Anyone still faces the same issue of online payment/purchase using Quantum Mastercard? Thanks

Anyone tried use Quantum Mastercard PayPass at McD? did it successful?
I tried yesterday but failed. Chip transaction able to go thru though.

Yeah  received SMS stating my PBB card approved. Should be VS right if I apply for that? They wouldn't change my application right?

1) where did u get such info? 

for M2C, it's cashback of RM1.00 and below will not be rewarded. since cashback is earned per monthly basis, that means total monthly spending of RM20 and below, NOT per transaction spending and earned cashback. example, i have a lot of <RM20.00 transactions (e.g. TGV early bird tickets), all gotten cashback without any issues.
2) not sure where this came from either  I assume you have PBB SA and wanted pay PBB cards via PBe. Although PBe has the "Payment > PB Card Payment > To Own Card" features, it doesnt work as expected (e.g. similarly to how M2U works).

For this PBB Card Payment to work, you need to add your PBB cards (VS or Quantum) as "Favourite Card", then you can perform own card payment via "Payment > PB Card Payment > To Favourite Card" instead.

Dont know why PBe's own card payment doesnt work, the ancient portal works in a mysterious ways
