QUOTE(OldKidz @ Apr 24 2017, 10:04 PM) uhmmmm maybe towards fundamental question, if I ride Msia bike into SG must go out by 24 hrs? u can keep msia registered bike in SG land not more that 14days (inclusive sat&sun). must in/out before 14 days expiry. if over, a penalty charge is applicable. these is a table of penalty charges in lta website, check it out. (I think sgd10 for the next 7days, If am not wrong) bike >> vep sgd4 per day is applicable (except sat/sun/ph) This post has been edited by jojolicia: Apr 25 2017, 01:11 PM

My friend is looking for someone to take over her lease of a 2 bedroom HDB unit which is located at Tampines St. 81. The HDB unit itself is located in the middle of a community centre with plenty of food choices, places to do groceries, buses. Rent is also very reasonable as well.
Please PM if interested.

For those who are filing for income tax in MY, do you submit as Resident (e-BE) or Non-Resident (e-M)? I heard if you are working in SG, you need to submit as Non-Resident (e-M), is this correct?

QUOTE(userguy @ Apr 26 2017, 04:35 PM) This is for others like declaring rental income. Should declare the rental income from MY as oversea income to SG IRAS, or declare income tax both side, SG income SG IRAS, MY income MY LHDN?

Not an expert in filing income tax in MY, left that many years back but just sharing my 2 cents below Correct me if I am wrong. Rental is considered your income. Taxable income is RM24k and above, so rental if less than RM2k doesn't have to pay income tax (assuming you don't have other MY income source) If your rental agreement get stamp by LHDN, they'll capture your IC number & details in their system
