If a company has the right to request interviewee to acknowledge "Consent in Relation to Personal Data" under Personal Data Protection Act?
I know the employees have to sign this kind of stuff but for job application?

As your information may be shared with other divisions either for systems use or job use they require your approval hence the acknowledgement. Well, that is what I was told by my legal team during design of my system which collects private information. |

Good day all. How much is current payscale for IT dev 5exp in all rounder for mvc? And the risk of going back to malaysia? Would the salary drop? Lets say MYR10k to sg is SGD5k then malaysia would base on SGD5k then make it MYR7k?
