You can consider Gigabyte B250M-D3H, it is slightly over RM 400.

As for the RAM price, yes it is a trend, studies have shown that the price might go up again in near future, same goes to SSD.

Your WiFi router is capable of 5GHz or not? If yes then getting a 5GHz dual band adapter will greatly improve the connection.

Yes that's a dual band adapter, overkill if your router is only single band (2.4GHz).

What I can say is it is a decent entry level mobo.

V550 indicates fully modular unit, VS is the semi modular unit unless they have typo on their price list.

Mobo doesn't affect performance. Especially with many things integrated into processor, motherboard becomes more like a hub for expansion cards.

What is the best way to improve desktop pc performance...
