Unsure. Only makes sense if they took account of fuel price for 19-22 September and disregard the prices for 23-25 September which was declining. I have the feeling that the Govt is overcharging the RON97 users to slightly offset the subsidy for RON95.

Maybe exchange rate? We are not really doing good there too

This week seemingly stabilize back... hope it’s lower back this week

Thanks for the table. At least wont be that high RM 4-5 even if the oil hit USD 110. sweat.gif

Soon the Govn will remove the subsidy and we will have to pay based on market price.

Petrol up Govn happy but Malaysian not happy lol.

A RON95 above 2.5 is already something not quite bearable in this market I would think...
hope we won't see that day...

We need to cut down on Civil servants and their pensions. If not, no subsidy is the way to go.

The pain of having to pay full price of fuel is for the future of our young Malaysians.

Malaysia cannot have free healthcare, low taxes and subsidized fuel. It is just impossible.

No country can afford that.

Totally agree with u. The government should remove the subsidy and use it for better use instead like education, healthcare and transportation

Our petrol price is too cheap in the region. Second cheapest if not mistaken

That pension scheme cannot do anything la for existing pensioner since they dont carum anything when working. For next pension scheme need to revise back. They is suggestion to replace pencen scheme with kwsp but gomen need time to study in depth.

Calculation and table of estimated price can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN

If calculating 26/9 to 2/10 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.31, and RON97 should be around RM2.61.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate is RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price go down by 18 sen to RM2.61 (Β±1 sen).

Friday morning pump full tank 65 litre ron 95 thinking ron 97 not much turun. Adoi.

Few week already no feel ron 97. Long distance 95 really painful, above 160kmh feel semput, 97 feel smooth easily touch 200kmh without struggle.
