I try factory reset for the 1st time. Can open the AOTG and when I click login, it launches the pre-installed TV App (Kodi rebrand). I think somehow it try to launch the TV App as browser to login. After all the auto-update done, my AOTG can't open anymore, keep crashing no matter what. Tried uninstalling all updates, no luck.

Then I factory reset for 2nd time. This time I go in Google Play Store and disable auto update right away. Uninstalled the TV App, installed Chrome. This time AOTG login correctly launch chrome for the login applet. However, when I am inside the AOTG app, non of the channel or video loads.....it just keep trying to and trying with the circle spinning indefinitely. meanwhile I try on my iPhone using the same internet connection, all video load instantly in AOTG app right away. I guess I have to try the MAGISK method to hide the root from AOTG. Wish me good luck!

Exactly same box as mine. AOTG video won’t load, keep spinning loading animation. But mine Arena channel can play surprisingly. The rest all cannot. Good luck for magisks, let us know the outcome.

I want to get android tv box to replace astro. The channel i want is WWE and chinese kung fu from astro for my parents to enjoy. Since i know nothing about it i would be happy if u guys can recommend me channel and what box to get. For box my budget is below 1k and support up to 4k.

I hv a tiny MX Q pro 4k tv box,i try some 2160p on HEVC format(if not mistaken) but it seen not that "smooth" and i see some "pixel distortion" exspecially in fast moving scene....

try install mx player, then set the video decoding to HW or HW+

As already advised.. Between MX Player, VLC and Kodi.. If still having issues. Then can't be helped.. I've got no issues playing 4K UHD 10Bit HEVC/x265 files on either my Minix Neo U1 or on the Mecool I tested earlier.. Smooth playback, fast forward or rewind.. I use and prefer Kodi.

Hi Im getting a new TV box, hoping to be a cheaper alternative to Astro if possible. Someone introduced infinite, is this a good box especially for astro on demand shows, AEC , wah loi toi . I know infinite astro channels a bit issues especially during the world cup period, means most other boxes will have same issue too? when one box cant watch astro that period of time, other boxes similar fate at that period?
