I am using Mi Box and both apps is inside. So far so good just need a mouse for navigation as both apps is not design for Android TV OS.

Hi Everyone, I am looking for Android TV box which has big storage space. Can anyone suggest me one? Thank you.

Both need to side load the apps. Also need install orientation apps and set auto run else the Astro GO will be on portrait mode.

Make sure your Mi Box is original Malaysia or International edition and not China edition as I seen people comment Astro GO not working on alter root device. Root could make paid service apps not working.

Also need a device can act as mouse, you can use wireless mouse, air mouse, gamepad and etc.

Heard of em..Not a fan of such as they limit my choice in hardware & performance output. I prefer to purchase a box I'm sure of its decent capabilities and then setup as I like. But that's just me, got the skills to do such. If you don't and or you envision it being difficult, then seek the alternatives.

Well, it's fairly new and if not mistaken the latest release from HiMedia. I believe the specs to be less than ideal.. So unless you have simple needs that can be met by the Q30, Sifu AVFAN haz offered good opinion.

Thanks, will consider the Mi Box as well as the Minix U1. Any good air mouse to recommend? I have only used the Minix A2 Lite before.

I not sure for air mouse. I only use game pad set as mouse mode. Not a good way to use but it is working and I seldom use also.

Ok, thanks. I currently use controllers for the Nvidia Shield, while it works well for me, it will be difficult for my mom to get used to it. Will need to find a simpler air mouse for her.

My neighbor aunt whose more than 60 yrs old is using wireless mouse comfortably with her Z69 box

Ray Leee, I am using logitech wireless mouse, and it is working fine.
left click is a "enter"/touch action, while right click is a back action in Minix U1.

the only fallback now is MX player, i could not browse to the 2nd layer of options for switching of subtitle/audio channel.
