Me too. Shortlisted a few with good reviews but mostly from overseas with no warranty priced >RM30.
Still playing around with my new U1 but only downloaded playTV. Scared to try other apps for the time being. fruitie can share some of useful n stable apps u r using so that I can read up about them.

Yes.... Netflix plays in 1080 only and YouTube in 4K for M8S Pro L....

The voice remote is especially useful if you or the family watch a lot of YouTube (skipping those usual ads without using mouse is so convenient!!)

I use Adrama, Astro Go, UniFi TV, Terrarium and YouTube TV most of the time. Latest Kodi also no issue though I hardly use Kodi.

Very good, I used a week still OK but so far I haven't fully drained, just charge it once a while.

Take a chance.. Don't think too much. While you are thinking, people are sapuing units until no stock d.. It's legit product and could just be clearance stock or Lzd pricing glitch.. Who cares, you get a solid box for so much cheaper than most (like me) originally bought during its release. If you not comfortable, feel free to ignore. 1 more unit for some other daring soul.. laugh.gif

I think only Dobest has the cheapest deal now. Dobest is 50-50, they may deliver or cancel. Last round they cancelled it. You can try and if get then good else nothing to lose too because you will get refund.

My seller was Beffen. Got it in slightly more than a week, acceptable for me.

i think many of us here + those lurking readers bought all those cheap minix u1 from lazada since i starting to share it here laugh.gif

Obviously.. If it was the Minix Neo U9-H + A3 Airmouse, I would buy 2 sets.. One to use till break and another to replace it if broken.. laugh.gif I've been keeping my eyes on that and the Gamesir G4S or G5 gamepad.

As I just got the box this evening, will try to install other apps and try out.

So far I'm very impressed it and looks like it's gonna be the primary box replacing the Q16 Quad I've had for years.

Wife and kids love it so much especially the solid build voice remote. This box does not have passthru capabilities but it's expected when I decided to buy this.
