When i open their so-called 'surprise' email, i just got the speed upgrade, which is not a surprise at all because everybody knew it & will get it (announced in Budget 2017 what). Hi guys, receive a call from telemarketer for upgrade to 30mb package for RM169. May I know usually takes how long for them to upgrade?

i'm not referring to the free upgrade, i'm referring to the promo priced packages that only some in their "preferred list" gets, eg 159/169 for adv30, or same price upgrades to vip10 from vip5

if based on faq, if installation finish after promo time (28th feb) i dont think will get free upgrade, please correct me if i'm wrong
