i'm not referring to the free upgrade, i'm referring to the promo priced packages that only some in their "preferred list" gets, eg 159/169 for adv30, or same price upgrades to vip10 from vip5

if based on faq, if installation finish after promo time (28th feb) i dont think will get free upgrade, please correct me if i'm wrong

white/orange + silver box router still gooding? or need to change? only on 5/10mbps plan

they like to twist their words to maintain arpu
last time i called cs > revert to sales department and they said NEVER heard of 159 for 30mbps plan... die die also deny at all cost, |

thats why that day i mentioned, which tnc do they follow?
on certain page it says to 'subscribe' before end of feb another page says 'finish installation and activate' before end of feb |
