aahhhh sooo long to wait. never know when next batch upgrade

Seems like 30-50 upgrades are only happening and no 50-100 yet uh.

what i meant is just fill up the free upgrade program la

VDSL2 users cannot even get upgrading from 30 to 50Mbps.

All they offered me is Free Jumbo Pack for one year which I will have to pay after one year or cancel it....

When i check at mytm my plan already changed from 30Mbps to UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017)

10 years streamyx subscriber here and still paying RM118++ for 1mbps 😡

Checked the website and it just tells you 'please come back later'. What is later? 1 month? 1 year or 1 decade?

i was a streamyx user many years ago.

the thing is they see streamyx and unifi as 2 very diff biz.

another thing is, imo, tm is NOT transparent, not consistent, not fair.

they play price and packages games all the time... with customers and dealers by location, by promotion, by all kinds of crap excuses.

but this is practiced all over the country by many biz... bank fd's, credit cards, etc.

if they can, they will squeeze the helpless.

Trust me, MCMC will just close the case. You can look at the streamyx unfair treatment threat.

Yes i agree, i complain TM didnt provide Unifi at my address with the reason of infrastructure and technical limitation, but the address that 500m far away already got Unifi 1 year ago. Mcmc closed my file with the "reason" and said im at existing Streamyx served address so they cant do it. And mcmc do not hv rights to force TM do anything.

Compare with us that stuck at Streamyx 1mbps, waiting one or two month for plan upgrade, all of u r much lucky than us that waiting Unifi for several years.

Thats how report stated they "solved" 99% of the cases reported.

Once they replied with technical limitation issue etc, then TM/MCMC will mark as "solved", but in my mind it is not solved but jz asked us to wait, so they consider it has already been "solved"…

Correct, for the case of streamyx unfair treatment, MCMC replied (phone call/email) requesting complainers to wait as MCMC forwarded our complaints to TM and closed the report right after 'forwarding' those complaints.
