Terima kasih di atas aduan yang dibuat kepada kami menerusi pihak Suruhanjaya Komunikasi Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) bertarikh 14 Mac 2017.

Terlebih dahulu, pihak kami amat menghargai usaha tuan untuk menghubungi kami.

Seperti yang telah dimaklumkan, TM baru-baru ini telah melancarkan kempen Ganjaran Istimewa sebagai sebahagian daripada Pelan Penambahbaikan Jalur Lebar yang telah diumumkan ketika Bajet 2017 pada 24 Oktober 2016 yang lalu.

Ganjaran di bawah kempen tersebut termasuklah naik taraf kelajuan, pakej-pakej Webe dan HyppTV serta baucer diskaun gaya hidup. Ramai yang telah menyatakan pilihan mereka dan kami akan melakukan yang terbaik bagi memenuhi pilihan tersebut secepat mungkin.

Para pelanggan Streamyx juga adalah sebahagian daripada Pelan Penambahbaikan Jalur Lebar - kempen Ganjaran Istimewa ini. Pelanggan-pelanggan yang layak akan dihubungi bermula April 2017 sehingga September 2017 untuk penaiktarafan pakej yang sedia ada.

TM sentiasa menaik taraf infrastrukturnya, menambah kapasiti rangkaiannya serta memperbaiki ketersediaan perkhidmatannya bagi memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik. Tuan akan dimaklumkan berkenaan penawaran dan perkembangan terkini menerusi pengumuman dan komunikasi apabila tiba masanya tidak lama lagi. Sementara itu, kami berharap tuan akan menikmati ganjaran penghargaan yang kami sediakan.

Berkenaan dengan permohonan UniFi tuan, hasil semakan kami mendapati alamat tuan di No. 174 B, Jalan Masjid, 11600 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang masih tidak termasuk di dalam kawasan liputan perkhidmatan Unifi. Untuk makluman tuan, pihak TM juga telah membuat kajian dan siasatan terperinci bagi meningkatkan liputan perkhidmatan Unifi di kawasan tersebut. Walaubagaimanapun, pertimbangan semula akan diberi sekiranya kawasan tersebut telah memenuhi garis panduan pembangunan infrastruktur perkhidmatan TM seperti yang diperlukan. Selain dari itu, TM juga akan mengambil kira faktor perancangan ekonomi dan tahap permintaan di kawasan tersebut dalam penyediaan infrastruktur di tempat tersebut.

Mcmc closed my file with the "reason" and said im at existing Streamyx served address so they cant do it. And mcmc do not hv rights to force TM do anything.

Compare with us that stuck at Streamyx 1mbps, waiting one or two month for plan upgrade, all of u r much lucky than us that waiting Unifi for several years.  cry.gif

got technical issue bla bla bla to ensure no issues occur in the future bla bla bla okay whatever.

at some point, they mentioned my contract has ended. if renew for 12months, entitled another free router, which is the new tplink c1200 i guess.

Already upgraded but still not feeling the speed yet, maybe it was because I'm on wifi? Didn't test it out on cable though, tried speedtest with wifi and I get around 70+mbps
