checked via tm live chat yesterday regarding the upgrade, was told my account upgrade will be in July

I am aware of that. but yet again, just saying that tM can really lower the price for 4mb to rm88. if RM140>129, of course it is better to go for RM129 for 10mb. Then the existing 4mb package can be offer at a more affordable price so that some who may not want to go for rm129 can go for, say rm88.

I still cannot brain TM logic. They expect us to demand something they not offer only they will provide. High speed internet is a must nowadays. 4Mb relevant 10 years ago. But now 4Mb not much can do.

I can't really say Streamyx will have a free upgrade but you can check that at TM Point yourself as yesterday I manage to get 8Mbps at RM140 that is the same price as 4Mbps.I might considered that a free upgrade anyway.Lel,regading to Unifi coverage,My TM Point had many Unifi ads bla bla and I ask them about the coverage,they said it's most likely my area won't have it due to locals don't want to subscribe because of the expensive price and they told me that my area has a majority of 1Mbps user rather than the 4Mbps and 8Mbps..They also told me I'm the forth user to apply 8Mbps..Rip the Unifi coverage dream..

I'm one of the Streamyx 1Mbps subscriber and dont want to spend more than RM116.60/month for higher speed plan. Most of my neighbours subscribing 1Mbps or lower. But my area got UniFi up to 50Mbps.

TM upgraded my package from advanced 30 to 50 this 2nd March without noticing me. luckily I browse into mytm yesterday & saw the services changed to "UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017)" then I quickly disable my router QoS for speedtest. the test result is acceptable with 48/20 at 20+ years old top 18 floor condo.

Good for you.Since I'm living in a rural sub urban Area,most of the people here don't want any fibre optic connection while other places besides my area already got Unifi..Meh
