Go for PBB Visa Signature. AF free with 12x spent. You might want to consider Quantum duo cards also.

AmBank VISA Infinite Card /AmBank World MasterCard (Income Requirement: RM120K p.a)
• Free-For-Life, NO conditions attached
• Unlimited lounge access without condition
• Complimentary Hilton Premium Club Membership Card
(Note: Membership is automatically renewed annually with just a min retail usage of RM30,000)
• Air Miles Frequent Flyer / Travel Reward Programs (Note: 5,000 AmBonus points = 1,000 Air Miles)
http://www.ambank.com.my/eng/cards/visainfinite

the people get This Card becos it's FREE for Life with No AF +Unlimited  PPL access from Various location with No condition attached... it's more like a Pure Air-miles CC to the cardholder. As we know most the Air-miles  Earning + PPL Access Privileges  credit card may come with an Annual Fee like  more than $600 a year & with limited Choice of PPL Access https://www.ambank.com.my/ambank/Documents/...stofAirport.pdf

Maybank 2 Cards (Good with PTPTN)
* It's Lifetime Waiver NO Annual Fee on Treats-Point (Basis), with 3 Years Lifespan Period
* 5x Treats-Points for every Ringgit spent on Maybankard 2 Amex and 1x Treats Point on MasterCard / Visa Card Maybankard 2 Card.
* 5% Weekend Cashback when spend on Maybank2 Amex, CB capped at RM50 per customer (including Supp Card member) per month.

Maybank 2 Card is more like a multi-purpose General CC which we can...
Convert the Treats Point for Shopping Voucher or Enrich Air Miles Redemption even though the Treats Point come with (3) Years Expiry Period

You can Accumulate/Earn More Rewards Point even Faster: 1x/ 2x / 5X Treats point + 5% Cash-Back from Weekends Spend with Maybank 2Cards (Amex) for Every RM1 Spent. Do Use the Treats Point on Shopping Voucher Redemption Even Use it for MAS Enrich Air Miles Redemption. (5X Tp = 1.25% CB) or Standard On-Spot Redemption Conversion: 400 TPs = RM1 or 10,000 Treats Points = 1000 Enrich Mile (Effective 1 March 2015). So with RM1 = 5x TP, it works out to RM2 spent = 1 Enrich Mile for the Enrich Miles Conversion

So, Why not  get BOTH CARDS... thumbsup.gif

Haha...too much cards hard to monitor man...premium lounge not that important to me as I hardly hang out there tongue.gif

Hi there. Thx for your suggestion. I suppose it will be better for me to take quantum if i frequently deal with the merchants not participate in the ZIIP program. Is that right?

it makes no difference since both are from same bank.
one added advantage is you can easily do a balance transfer from other bank into PBB card with up to 6 months ZIIP.

hmmm if you refer to here https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4231109, the flexible payment plan actually caught my eye. From my understanding, I will be sort out the installment plan (at zero interest?) with the bank but not the merchant.

PBB Quantum's Flexipay (12 months @ 0%) is the best. very good to convert big-amount transaction into installments. yes, you pay the bank.

i've done it many times with PBB Visa Signature (9 months @ 0%) and also Quantum's 12 months @ 0%. from buying electrical items to kitchen cabinet to eye surgery biggrin.gif
