Tips when signing up for Credit Card at Shopping Malls
1. Read the application form properly before signing on the dotted line.
2. Cross-out the IC photocopy with "For application of X bank X card only"
3. Get the namecard of the agent serving you, for follow up cases.

Good info. Thanks. Also want to warn the ladies to please be aware as I was once duped into signing for a card that i did not want.

I wanted the UOB ladies' card, but the agent (sneakily) registered me for UOB One Card instead.

My fault that i didn't double check before i sign so please becareful when signing up for credit cards at these booths...

OT: A useful tip by Hye is to cancel out the items which you are not signing up for.

Or cross your ic with "For application of X bank X card only"

Make sure you blank out the CVV code on the photocopy.
