1) Land Cost increased 75%
2) Compliance Costs increased 72%
3) Labour Cost increased 40%
4) Building Materials and Construction Cost increased 36%
5) Finance Cost increased 12%
6) Taxes increased 11%

Alot of people will start to be humble soon... and their believe system challenged soo hard that many will drop to their knees and ask God to wake them up from this nightmare. 2025 It's Gonna be a naice shietshow.

As with all investments, if you think ALL properties at ANY price will make money you are one big waterfish.

Those that are sharp in their DD with swift action will make as with any investment.

the lelong and 2nd hand house now a day cheaper and price going down.. buying house now a day similar like buying car.. the value decrease...

the only price hike for the new house from the developer...
