I list a few examples, comparing past few years till now.

1. Damansara Damai new condo, current price -10% developer price.
2. Tropicana Mall nearby condo, last time 670k sub sale, now 550k also a dream.
3. Damansara Height one condo, last time 850k sub sale, now 590k also a dream.

4. Cheras shoplot apartment, 250k range, price steady. no sign of drop.

not my properties. those are transactions of properties values that i know of from my surroundings. then google now..
