So better to believe in Qada & Qadr, what will be will be. All predestined.

Dont expect return from your kids, do your own arrangement.
They got their own life since you say they will go Sabah Kedah Dubai etc.
Dont bother let them take care of you. And also dont let them to worry much.


It's your time to enjoy the moment with your wife after so many decades hustle for life.

That is not burst. That is just Malaysian are buying overpriced property since years ago.
Malaysian are not knowing well what they'd bought and simply fall into the trap.

Overall still doing okay.

My cousin just sold his Semi D, appreciated 160% profit.
