Im still renting & cheap

I dont really mind not having a fixed place because i have 3 kids. I never know where they will end up. Maybe one move to kelantan, one to kedah and one to sabah.

Maybe one move to Dubai, others move to dunno where, then i will be left alone with an empty nest

3 of them said they can take care of me so i can gilir2 go their house a few weeks each. When im really old maybe i go rumah orang tua. I wont be owning anything when i go to heaven.

Property price so expensive with bumi discount also harga yahudi laknatullah might as well spend on my kids so they can feel indebted to me and take care of me next time.

I have one friend last time (Ah Seng if u r reading this, sorry i quote ur example), he got 2 kids but his anak besar liao

He saved money to buy one house for each son but both are charsiew. One was bookie and during world cup lost money have to sell the house and now still hutang bank.

Another son migrate to Singapore dun want the house he bought in Sg Buloh, now rent out also not so good rental return.

So better to believe in Qada & Qadr, what will be will be. All predestined.

Malaysian are not knowing well what they'd bought and simply fall into the trap.

I will move to kampung like sabak bernam, kuala pilah, simpang renggam, temerloh, and live my retirement life

Not same

Rent is cheaper, loan repayment at least double of what im renting.

And i no need renovate the house, no need buy too many things to make it like im permanently staying

U know like office cubicle people decorate with flowers, photos, fridge magnet, etc like they own the cubicle. When boss ask u leave 24hrs u also kena pack so many things.

Nowadays open office with hot desk mana ada such thing. So much easier. Pack n go.

Am staying in a rented property neighbour recently sold 650K
monthly I pay 1K. Like the area still deciding if to purchase in view of coming global recession.

Bank value doesn't mean market value right ?
Market value likely closer to auction price. No one is stupid enough to auction below what they think can sell.

Bank value perhaps outstanding loan after accumulated interest hence it is rather meaningless and stated just to make the unit seems like a good deal.

Buyers still need to perform due diligence on other units sold in vicinity to get the present market value which in actual fact be lower than auction price.

Please correct if wrong.
