2018: oversupppy is not a problem, material and labour cost rising, house price will also follow
2022: yes property price can drop, but only sang ka la place. You see klcc got drop or not
2024: yes, some areas in klcc also drop but only high rise. Landed sure no drop, land in KV limited.

Lets see in 2028 if landed also drop

Government should stop these developer build below 1000 sqft apartment/condo. And also banned townhouse. This i can assure u make price more stable. But like always gomen keep give green light to them. Why?
