well if you buy new also got horror stories before...like things starting to fall apart...damage, cracks etc or poor quality workmanship...
but it's your own money and since it's not cheap...i guess you have every right to decide...

but like what others here shared with you...sometimes you can get a good bargain also leh from subsales...
if you ever willing to open up your options instead of insisting purely new...

Malaysia salary always stagnant at a certain point... i also wish saving more than 400/month but it will takes time before i could afford the 10% downpayment.

It's a logical conclusion.

Office space was already oversupplied before covid.
Now more companies shifting to work from home, means office space even more oversupplied.

Some landlords will obviously suffer.
