Guys since unifi subs were given with hypptv anywhere account, we can install the app on any tvbox and view right? Just the downside, the streaming is not on vlan, so instead of using dedicated 8mbps vlan connection, it will utilize the bandwidth of our main connection eg 30mbps or 10mbps etc

Correct me if I'm wrong please. Just looking into the possibility of not requiring to use stock stb and just go fully wifi without relying on using homeplugs and etc

Just install iFlix app from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) on your device
Once installation is finished, just run the app. No registration required

Maximum 5 devices

Wanted to upgrade to 50mbps today (me being a slowpoke) to take advantage of the 2nd tier upgrade. Kept telling me about the 3-7 days process time thing and cannot be done.

Guess i will only enjoy 50mbps next year smile.gif

Hey. I upgraded the previous week from 10mbps to the 30mbps. The operator said, after I receive the acknowledgement email, I should wait 24 hours before turning off the unifi modem for 10 minutes to allow the new speed to come into effect. Activation email was received on the 28/12, did as instructed, then checked on speed test, download is worse than VIP10 but upload is 15mbps?! Anyone having the same problem?

hi, if I apply for Unifi today, and let say it take 3 working day for them to process my application, and let say they process my application after 31st December 2016, will I still be eligible to get a free speed upgrade next year, since the promotion period will end tomorrow. What I would like to know is either the cut-off date to get a free upgrade is consider from the date of our application, or the date of installation?

I think not eligible because they said account activated before 31 Dec,2016. Normally they only active Unifi Account after install

I had signed off for the Rm159 package of 30MB yesterday just through the telemarketing call and it will be activated by next week.. Anyway, no contract so guess should be fine.. unless they got other promotion next year which I could still probably cancel it and reaply anyway..

It worked until the latest update. I was watching it happily from my HyppTV box.

Well, usually first login will have this issue. There are YouTube videos to solve this but never worked for me. Mine only OK after factory reset.

u call or visit tm point? If tm point should be able to do it quite fast.

u have many users at home sharing the connection? Else next year upgraded to 50Mbps should be good enough for most too.

Wasted. Miss the free upgrade.

get the lowest plan if u are nor heavy user. The current 30Mbps speed is rather good enough.
