Hey. I upgraded the previous week from 10mbps to the 30mbps. The operator said, after I receive the acknowledgement email, I should wait 24 hours before turning off the unifi modem for 10 minutes to allow the new speed to come into effect. Activation email was received on the 28/12, did as instructed, then checked on speed test, download is worse than VIP10 but upload is 15mbps?! Anyone having the same problem?

Problem with the line. Called the 100 number and did the speedtest on the tm webpage, results were so sad. Download speed is only 14+, upload is 10.5.
They refreshed the port and I rebooted the modem, repeated the test, same result.
So they requested a technician to check the line.

Tm customer service has improved, very responsive and patient. The tm man came this morning to check after the first port reset didn't seem to work, checked everything. It seems it is my PC that is slow. Speedtest by Wi-Fi, says the speed is correct.
