I turned off receive marketing information from Samsung. Probably the reason why I didn't receive the e-mail as well.

I dont see any point of this marketing email. There no special offer just normal offer found in samsung rewards app and the email comes very late

This is really a strange phenomena that you are experiencing Bro. Since you tried everything, and nothing seems to be working for you, the last option is to backup your phone and perform a factory reset.

Really hope that it works fine after the reset.

I dont mind getting marketing emails but at least put some benefit. Just spam their entire database . Somemore email come so late.

At least like announce then an hour later only available instead item no more only get email

too much hassle to do factory reset sad.gif can i get everything back in 1 piece that kind of backup & restore?

I have all the notifications turned on. For notices, I'll get notifications. For promotions/vouchers, there is no notifications.

What the fuck man. Need to do factory reset? I have tons of things on my phone, especially Google authenticator.
