Does have any letter on box from samsung pay?
As i saw previous post, those redeem gear have a letter show warranty is one year

Yes. No matter how huge is tje writing, it is still 3 months lol. I asked before in live chat. Anyway, just go recomfirm with them

There's 2 receipts showing device serial no and yesterday's date. There's no congratulations letter like previous gear redemptions though. And the usual warranty sheet in the box but without stamp or anything.

If I were you, I would try to register the product on Samsung Members. Whatever slip that came with it, just keep it altogether in the box.

If i press softly cannot press but if i press with more pressure then it pop up

Yours is really weird Bro. I tried pressing on the Gear VR and wireless stand charger last night and they just work as intended (but I didn't hit the get voucher button), nothing like what you are experiencing.

Not sure whether it's your Samsung Pay app playing up or Samsung trolling you (which I highly doubt)

I just talked to live chat. Was informed that warranty is standard sme warranty. 2 years in the case of vacuum cleaner. No need to do online or offline registration. But the cs kept saying keep the receipt of purchase even though I told her I didn't purchase the item and it was redeemed from Samsung rewards. Lol. But I told her I got a user copy slip showing the date I received it. Then she said that is valid too.

Right. That makes sense. Warranty should follow the standard one. It doesn't mean that a redeemed product is any lesser value than a purchased one. Whatever we redeemed is still what we earned in months.

Good that you got a clarification on that.

When you signed up for your samsung account, did you fill up your last name? You can check this at the Samsung Members app. Look at your profile and see if everything is complete. Then try the redemption again.

It may or may not work. No harm trying.

I found this online where this user had problem redeeming but upon completing the profile, i.e. the last name, it worked.
