Details of the complaint : guys. I'll reveal what I have experienced with this guy and his friend.

About 2 weeks ago, I agreed to deal with him on this S7 edge that he is willing to let go at 2,099. I further nego with him and got a price of 2050. So naturally with his ranking of senior member with many "customer feedbacks" so i proceeded.

Before I transferred my money to him, HE DID NOT mention a single damn thing about waiting 3 weeks for a damn phone. I mean come on. How can you not tell a customer about the damn waiting time. He only told me about it AFTER i transferred. So I was skeptical already. He said he can refund me immediately. Then i thought about it overnight and decided I couldnt wait that long and i wanted a damn refund. So i texted him at 2am in the morning, simply because i am a nightowl and i have trouble adjusting to Malaysian time again.

So, the next morning he say he already transferred the money to his friend. And that friend is a Internal Celcom staff. Earlier on he told me its a SHE. Then so suddenly SHE became a HE. I duly ignored that on purpose to see what else can he conjure up.

So Monday morning he called me up and tell me refunding process takes 1 week to refund my money. AND THEN. HE and HIS FRIEND SAY if the money not refunded in a week's time, HE REFUND ME WITH HIS OWN MONEY. So fast forward one week, to last saturday (5th November 2016), i asked for refund again and again. he tell me he will get back to me. AND i gave him my details. and ask him to refund, to me. Then at about 9pm. His friend called me and tell me INSTANT BANK TRANSFER FAILED. What the bloody flying crap? at 9pm can fail. So he say he do IBG transfer. MONDAY CONFIRM MASUK DUIT. Monday as in today, 7 November 2016. until today i still havent gotten my money weih. I ask him multiple times today. Where the flying shit is my money?? He keep telling me to wait til end of today.

If i could, i really would fly there and beat the crap out of him, and his friend too.

UPDATE. We are trying to resolve this issue with Aromachong. So please don't assume shit. Thank you we are doing it in a timely and civil manner.

UPDATE.

As victim of the Aroma deal I wish to update the following:

- The victims (~12) got in touch with Aroma in a chat group.

- After few of days of discussion a refund plan was put in place and victims (~12) and Aroma agreed to it. This is a negotiated outcome: the refund term is not what the victims negotiated for and was duly adjusted to fit Aroma capability to pay every month.

- The first refund repayment will only commence end of this month November. As one of the victim myself I am hopeful that Aroma will honor refund plan [P/S: this is not an endorsement of Aroma payment commitment, it is just as one of (~12) victim I hope she will continue refund]

- As for Aroma since she is willing to open up discussion in chat group and agreed to some form of compensation, trollers and haters please stay away from Aroma.

- However if Aroma fails to deliver the first and subsequent payment as part of the refund plan, I will update the dispute section thread. Timely update will be posted there by the victims and the dispute thread creator.

- To end this post I request all the lyn members to cut victims and Aroma some slack since we are all tensed already.

TS, last time i read somewhere that u can make a formal complain at some channel. they will track the person down and will take legal action toward the offender. i forgot the organization name. sorry for that. the charge is free iinm because its under government body. most of the victim got their money back. u can try to search for it and get help from them. hope this help

Aroma Chong is memang crazy. The bitch/pandan/ghey keeps stalking me for months after i insulted his/her/it God car in F&F forum for months and keep lipoting me for small-small matter. She/He also piss off a lot of people in F&F forum dunno Potong Saga forum or something.

Yourself and I.C. and your phone that has the proof of conversations. Maybe you can print out and transfer transactions... I also never made before...

I dont mean to doubt you.

But I have a long list of friends being scammed/conned online.

None have managed to get the authorities to lift a single finger other tehn to accept their report and put it under "investigation" perpetually...

But what can the police actually do?

1. Your ID
2. Proof of money transfer to him.
3. Proof of agreement/conversation, pls documentary proof. He say she say pretty much useless.
4. If possible proof of your account where no such money came in until now.

Nothing....

My friend even track the seller's bank account, his house address, his copy of IC etc all genuine... and the police say its "under investigation" for the last 2 years...

Oh and the bank also wont do anything, even with police report they will not be allowed to freeze the account or return the fund, that requires a court order..

TS, I know one police who is in charging of scamming case. He has the power to catch such people and back to police station.

I'm a foreigner, any special case for me to report ? I was waiting for my refund but it seems like all of a sudden he/she blocked me. Probably something ticked him/her off but I was being patient. I bought total 5 items. I got 4 of them. 1 I returned so the refund went to his/her standards chartered account.

If he doesn't respond to this thread within 7 days.

1 of the rdn3 I got was special edition Kate. So I returned it within 1 week to gemfive. The refund off course go back to aroma can account since purchased using his her cc. But now all of sudden he or she missing in action. It sucks how someone from so trustable seller can become like this. Dunno I still got hope that he or she will return. If not then I let it go as sedekah. I bought 2 ps4 pro and 2rdn3 with her previously and no issues as I got the item from gemfive delivered.

Exactly. That is what I think that he or she is ticked off by 1 or more of his buyers asking refund money or update on order which I understand also but sigh what to do. I hope he or she changes her mind n get her reputation back. Money come n goes respect is the most important thing which you can't buy.

He is helping others to buy stuff with discounted cards from Lazada, Gemfive if I read correctly from the thread.
So buyers already requested for refund, things returned to merchant, refund will be credited back to his card, he never refunds.

I didn't know, this kind of things also can be a business.. I also have many different cards maybe I can consider doing it too..

So sorry to hear what has happen to you, I sincerely hope your case can be settled. It's so memalukan that Senior Member here in LYN can do this. How else for the others here to trade when got people like this lurking around.

I really hope admin can do something about these kinds of members, maybe perhaps remove or perm ban their accounts to protect others or maybe pun a TRADE WARNING sign below their nickname.

I think should the police no action on this case after 1 week, we LYN members should take it up and hunt this guy down. Our maruah & periuk nasik is on the line.
