I bought total 5 items. I got 4 of them. 1 I returned so the refund went to his/her standards chartered account.

1 of the rdn3 I got was special edition Kate. So I returned it within 1 week to gemfive. The refund off course go back to aroma can account since purchased using his her cc. But now all of sudden he or she missing in action. It sucks how someone from so trustable seller can become like this. Dunno I still got hope that he or she will return. If not then I let it go as sedekah. I bought 2 ps4 pro and 2rdn3 with her previously and no issues as I got the item from gemfive delivered.

Exactly. That is what I think that he or she is ticked off by 1 or more of his buyers asking refund money or update on order which I understand also but sigh what to do. I hope he or she changes her mind n get her reputation back. Money come n goes respect is the most important thing which you can't buy.

It was a scb card. Not many people have it. Also the 25% off was a gem five scb promo which has already ended.

Maybe you can help us get our funds back ? If not then let this thread be open as it will updated by night and also every month regarding our refunds. Please we are all hurt. You guys all say hunt hunt hunt like 1 2 3 that easy ? It is not. Please respect and hope for the best. We might get our money back, might not but trust me it is better than just trolling here.
