im basing it on the outcome of my own Cashback for July and that's why I said "looks like" if u read my comment

Old problem (which happened early this year) appeared again.
Transactions in late July not captured for CB. Not only Spaylater, But also Lazada transactions etc.

Let's Maybank Islamic take time to rectify it.

It’s not even an e-wallet, why need to be excluded?

In my case it’s not counting transactions from 20 July onwards for the CB calculation

My case is one of my Lazada's transaction on 17/07/2025 was not counted

Mine counted til 19/7 txn, those from 23/7 onwards no cb. SPL done in early July all counted.

Same case here... anything after 21-July for me was excluded (i.e. 22-July transactions onwards no get 8% yet)

And i do not have SPAYLATER transactions

BTW, lodged an official report just in case.... i guess it's system wide issue not "merchant specific"

Looks like I'm not alone. I only received RM46.19 rebate for Jul 2025.

Initially I suspect is Airpay as I use Shopee to pay bills (which previously can obtain rebate) but now many mentioned is after 25 Jul transaction which also fit my portion. I still getting rebated for Spaylater which also got mention EC behind which is E-commerce so should still able to get rebate.

7 Jul - Lazada 104.84 = RM8.38 rebate
10 Jul - Spaylater EC 472.50 = RM37.80 rebate
29 Jul - Airpay Malaysia 17.25 = RM1.38 rebate
30 Jul - Airpay Malaysia 19.50 = RM1.56 rebate
31 Jul - Airpay Malaysia 11.00 = RM0.88 rebate

Yes, that’s right. I calculated my transactions before 22nd July and yes tally back with the RM 12.80 cash back. Time to call CS.

Update: Made a call to report the issue to CS and MBB is now aware of it. They are conducting a blanket check and will credit any missing cash back, even if customers don't call in. She told me I will be credited within 5-7 working days.

Not sure how true is that, you can also call to verify.

Ya, I suspect is RM8.39 from the 7 Jul transaction which I'm surprised as I always think that Maybank use round down function instead of round up type based on my many years observing MBB cash rebate system.

She told me 5-7 days for my case and I think I did ask for others, she mentioned it’s the same. Yeah, if still nothing then can call back to check.

No. But the minimum accumulated cash back is RM 1, so you have to spend at least RM 12.50 (8% cash back) accumulated per month. One month RM 50 cash back, so spend RM 625 is enough. Special months like Ramadan and Syawal will be RM 100 cash back, so spend RM 1250 in these two months.
