I have a wild guess, my transaction up to 20 July adds up to the RM42.90 cashback.

Then starting 23 July my transaction does not earn CB anymore.

My partner's account also the same, last transaction on 15 July eligible, the one on 24 July and after is not eligible for CB.

I hv only 1 transaction on 27 july spay later

NO CB.

I only got RM 12.80 cash back. Sigh. Can anybody help me to check what went wrong? I usually will use this card for Shopee or SPL but because my SPL was more than RM 625 last month so I used M2Cards AmEx to pay and used Ikhwan AmEx to pay my bills. I usually use M2C AmEx for bills and did anyone use Ikhwan to pay recently and got cash back?

I think most likely your Telco bills are categorized under Utilities that are excluded. Assume Astro also Utilities.

The following transactions are not taken into account in the accumulation of Cash Back:

I don't pay bills directly with the card. Pay through Shoppee Lazada. Lazy to remember which one eligible which one not.

Alamak looks like Ikhwan amex cannot earn anymore under spaylater..... The normal 5% Amex still can ?

No spaylater CB would be so sad..

I think it would be a matter of time spaylater will be excluded from CB just like ewallet for many CB cards
