Usually if card application not successful mbb will still send a sms right?

Sigh. It's been almost 3 weeks since my application. No news. Called CS but always line busy. Live chat then they told me no application from their side. WTF. now I email them to ask.

I also applied via M2U. May I know if this is ur first maybank cc?

last month applied via branch, they didn't even submit my form to card center. then told me to apply online. yesterday applied via M2U, today got rejected. will try through ringgit plus. sigh. so hard to get

also the staff tipu, told me, if i already have cc with maybank, sure will get approved.

did u have to wait 3 months after the first time rejected? when i apply via ringgit plus, need to wait 3 months as my first time via M2U is rejected

Email the form last Thursday. Been checking my email almost every hour. So kan cheong. But for some reason I have a bad feeling it's not gonna get approve.

just email. at first i apply via branch, few weeks later found out the branch didn't even submit my form when back and the staff keep telling my to apply M2U, then i said M2u rejection rate very high, the staff told me, no la, rejected rate high is for new card, since i already have conventional sure approve. so ok lor. i go apply M2U, 2 days later rejected. then I saw someone apply via ringgit plus, so i try there, turns out cannot, need to wait 3 months.

then Human Nature advised me to ignore M2u and just email. ta-da! suceed!

sometimes I bough on Lazada but didn't get OTP, if no OTP means no cb?

Hey guys, My statement date is on the 8 March. On 5th March I spend RM846 on Lazada EC KUALA LUMPUR, but the I didn't get the cashback, does it mean I will only get on the next statement ie, 8 April?

Does mbb allow us to change statement date? Since cashback is credited on the 15th of the month, I'm thinking of change the statement date to after the 15th.

Hi guys. I'm trying to pay my cc but I'm getting error messages I don't understand. It says: Transfer unsuccessful. Your payment amount exceeds the outstanding balance. Please try again. [00E3]

I'm suppose to pay statement balance correct? My statement balance is RM619, outstanding is RM600.

Every month I'm paying statement balance, so what is wrong?
