I want to apply for supplementary card but the online application through maybank2u returned error. Can someone share the PDF form here? I seriously couldn't find it on Google. Not sure if its due to I'm accessing from Singapore. |

only received sms said reject with no reason, sigh.....  current holding platinum 2 cards, apply Islamic PETRONAS gold also fail |
