long answer: real question would be WHERE to reload tng at petronas using cc?  there's only 1 known location at KV, few more in N9 and Penang. that's it. the scarcity of the location is the issue. refer here as a guide. there's a caveat to this: there is surcharge as well, usually 1% surcharge.

for me, i visited the one in KV. no issues to reload tng using ikhwan petronas visa. 1% surcharge, but charged into the card. effective cashback is 7.08%.
