Why not you try then update us whether you get July CB for transaction(s) you do in 1st week of Aug, while I will test whether 1st week transaction(s) CB falls in the same month. cheers.gif

it's ok, if you hvt start in Jul yet try 2nd Jul, 1st Aug, 2nd Sep then check whether Sep got Aug CB or not
if already spend in this week then try 1st July, 2nd Aug, 1st Sep, 2nd Oct, then see whether Oct got Sep CB or not

Same here, kept asking CS (like 3 times in the same chat session sweat.gif ) anyways to offset. CS said no, then at one point got offer some financial related services if signed up then may have chance to offset which I declined.
