i got rejected in dec. i retry again in apr. approved since then

i believe this is the reason
my dad use my name for refinancing in fact, i am not the person who pay the debt.
I think my DSR already over 90%

well, bank only know the individual (you aka NRIC)

if you can get the refinanced loan at the first place, probably not as bad. just scb assessed you're a bit "risky" for them.

try other banks or reapply again if income increases, etc.

else, can try to make a plea to them.

After deducted the AF and Tax, the effective rate will be 2% ++

Can ask CS to appeal for you.

That's unfortunate, it is parked under you that's what bank is seeing.

6 months once lo. Can appeal first.

Regarding TNB auto debit and charge date:

Untuk makluman, pemilik kad pembayar boleh lain daripada pemilik akaun dan kad tersebut boleh digunakan untuk akaun TNB yang berlainan

Hi, you mean for the bill that was due on 18th June, you got charged 2 times (1 time via manual payment and another time via autobill)?

Sometimes they lazy to do it for you on phone. But you can always used the excuse that I applied it through phone before. My Liverpool also applied from phone.

say i have 1 insurance autopay maybe charge end of month like 25/26 @RM 150,
so i topup 2350 to bigpay and i will get 30 + 22.50 correct?

and if i pump petrol 50 then will get full 60 cb ? (currently petrol under company petrol card, maybe pump for parents)
