The SMS usually takes longer than 3 working days. If you don't mind missing out on potential spins, you can try to spend RM100 after 3 working days of registering.

They just called me today. Clarence was right I guess - save my app for 2019's quota.

Also, they confirmed that no first year waiver for Liverpool. Must pay $175 for new applications. I'll try ask for Liverpool's waiver before applying, if I ever get their JOP.

Sorry that I wasn't specific. I thought not an issue (since it's 2019 now) because they said :

1. If applied in 2018, maybe still can waive.
2. If apply in 2019, no waiver.

Since they made you the offer, you can shout very loud and I think they'll just waive it

I think they forget to update their product page, so maybe can argue a bit. But anyone who read this, apply, and complain will probably alert them and they'll update it

If no waiver for 2nd year waiver, I can understand but no waiver for first year, rather unusual.

Maybe cash back business too good (bad for them, good for us). So they do like Hong Leong Wise.

Due to Bigpay and Boost (2018~) and AF waiver conditions (released in August), a surge in demand. So SC Card Marketing shall have overshot their target for 2018.

Before this, I was not interested to apply for a SCB CC.
