Hmm, I applied and got my JOP card in Oct, spent MYR 2501 on BP on 25 Oct, the bill came in today but there's no cashback value. I tried to redeem online but it says 0 cashback. Is this normal? When will I see the cashback , or is BP not eligible anymore?

So... I called up the person from Price Solution handling my case, she said last week they called my company to verify my employment but could not get through. And they actually googled the number... I'm working in MNC leh... where got anyhow give details due to PDPA one.

Then said can apply to waive the employment confirmation but need go bank for thumb print verification.

Called SC again regarding on my REJECTED JUST ONE card and now they said in progress again.

submitted mostly document i have, at the end wait so long, from hope till disappointed 

My case is even worse. I applied through the same comparehero AirPod promotion, price solution called me the next day and I submitted all the documents as per requested and till now there’s no news about it. When I called SC customer service to check on it, they said they can’t find my application in the system 🤦‍♂️

if banks exclude even for the 0.2% cash back, I think people will just jump to other banks. Last time I was offered to apply for 0.2% cash back card, I didn't even bother. Now also won't bother.

75 times @ bigpay (which is RM7500) almost hit the ceiling of the max limit allow (RM10k)... will ring the bell of bp and they might block or investigate you...
