Hi all,

Anybody had any experience with late payment? My due date was 27th and I performed an IBG on the same day but after work hours. If my payment only reaches SCB on 28th, will the bank take it as late payment? 

If yes, is there a good chance to appeal for a reversal of the late payment? Also, will this be flagged under my CCRIS?

just got RM 150 cash back for my Apr approved card.
But first I apply Justone Plat 1st, after receive, I only add on Gold cashback.
But the cash back credited to Gold cash back not Justone 

Because gold cash back not frequently use it,
but justone every month got RM 2k utilities/insurance.
wondering can transfer the cash back? Lol

After using CC for so many years, this is the first time I think I have missed a payment and being charged with late payment charges now.
RM 10. OMG. Due date was 27th July and I tried paying it just now at 11:59 instant transfer but it didn't work. Not sure if SCB doesn't accept instant banking from MBB or it is close to MBB's daily maintenance hour. I will do it the first thing tomorrow's morning.

just wondering if its possible to get waiver for the worldmiles credit card if i did not meet the minimum spending of 100k per year?

Not sure if this have been discussed before. I notice for SCB CC, for online purchases, like UBER, i'm being charged additionally compare to the actual amount.

Checked with contact center and been informed this is due to the merchant actually charging based on SG convertion rate. Anyone else facing the same issue?

I applied for JustOne via RP and Price Solution staff called me to offer SCB Cash Back Gold. At first I rejected because I'm already a supplementary card holder for my sister's Cash Back Gold, she asked me to have one for myself and keep the supp as back up. I agreed. Then, asked me again if I also want the WorldMiles since I qualify for it, I said OK la, free PPLs and RM 80 ride from airport every month. So I got three cards eventually.

Effective 1 June 2018, existing Standard Chartered JustOne Gold Mastercard credit cardholders will be upgraded to Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum Mastercard credit card which offers more than RM1,000 cashback a year on retail spend.The new JustOne Platinum Mastercard credit card (and supplementary card(s) if any) will be mailed to cardholders by 31 July 2018. The new card will bear the same 16-digit number as the cardholder’s existing card.

The JustOne Platinum Mastercard credit card upgrade will come with an annual fee of RM265 (inclusive of 6% GST) effective 1 June 2019, and the annual fee will be automatically waived with a minimum spend of RM20,000 per annum.

FYI to all, cash back for SCB CB Platinum card this month is there.
