Anyone have tried to get RinggitPlus guaranteed gifts for second time? After 1 year, really can apply and get gifts again?

read the t&c properly, last i checked the guaranteed rm1.2k tng requires 18 months from cancellation now.

Anyone here have issue try to pay the credit card using duitnow from other banks? I have tried to pay the credit card from HLB and M2U, but it said service not available, not sure sc service is not available on sunday?. I remember few weeks ago i am also having issue using the credit to pay bill online on sunday, i try again on weekdays, it is ok. Anyone having this issue?

Anyone claimed the credit card guaranteed gift before? I applied the sc credit card due to offer 1388 tng credit via ringgitplus. It said only spend 400 for three months using the card and you will get the 1388 tng credit, can i how is the claim process of the tng credit? is it automatic it will transfer the credit or it will give somekind of credit code? The reason i asked this is because I dont have the tng account yet. Is it better that open the tng now or wait till i get the gift from sc? Thanks.

2-3 month after u fulfilled. If gift is tng, then u need tng

After settle your part to spend. After 2-3 months they will email the code to u. So don't junk RinggitPlus mail for time being

RP didn't email me. I need to contact them after waiting for more than 3 months. Then they ask me to provide the proof of transactions.

Recently my gifts were emailed in 2mths+ past spending date

finally, after CS offered me 50% waive on AF and i replied by mail that i will cancel my cards, yesterday replied and granted me full waiver

need to have patience to deal with them, SC is making card waiver trickier, hoping card holders to lost patience to pay full or half fee but if you persistent enough, still can get full waive

Any ideas what is "Restricted Card (62)" error on merchant terminal?

I get this on many merchants when using Apple Pay or physical card. Burger King, random cafe, etc...

While Apple Pay works fine at Petronas, Jaya Grocer, Aeon, TGIF, Big Pharmacy, hospital etc...

Online seems OK so far, MyNews app, Boost, Grab, etc...

Have PMed SCB (dunno how long they take to reply) but thought I'd check here too.
