This year SC no give me full waiver because I dont take their COC anymore. Instead they give me 50% annual fee waiver.
SST unable to waive also.
They say if 100% waiver , need take their COC or bal transfer plan. lol.
btw, I press for lost and stolen card route

use the last resort, threaten to cancel card, still works for me this year

Is it normal i still get charge for annual fees even thought retention team call to me and say will waive without any condition?

of course!

annual fee is charged by the SYSTEM automatically. it doesnt get stopped just for you alone.

retention team only come after to give you a rebate later.

Annual Fee waive request tru online banking on 18/12, waiver credited 21/12 for simply cash card.

Got Simply Cash RM250 annual fee waiver requested through Help & Services/Other Request. Took 5 days.

Forgot to ask for a rebate of SST. Will send another request.

Also asked CS what the requirements are, to be assured of an annual fee waiver. CS unable to say. Not so good bcos I use this card less now. 2023 only RM11900 plus 2 ongoing EPP.

yes. however u can try call. some cc require min spent amount per year

1.0 Qualified merchants spending only.

2.0 Dec spending cashback only available for redemption in multiples of $30 around Week 3 or Week 4 Jan. For example, qualified Nov spending still not available for redemption as of today. Last month was a bit earlier.

When is ur statement date? If mid of the month you need to wait about end of next month then only have.

This is my first statement... I think no 2.0 alrdy answer my question...So i will wait until end of this month or next month...

Also for the cashback is it base on statement month OR calendar month (like MBB) ?

you should've started sharing these basic info to us instead of claiming no cb.

Calendar month. Transaction posting must be done latest by 7th the following month to qualify.

December spending will be late Jan. End of this month, if any, will be for Nov.
