However they say cant cancel because got auto debit. How strange what excuse is that why they have no issue to cancel card when i reported fraud case last year?

Same, in-app fee waiver say my card not eligible. Did you get 100% waived? Do we need to pay the outstanding first before they proceed with waiver?
