hi guys, i bought some stuff but seller send wrong item so i got refunded directly into credit card. I already made payment for this to my card so it kinda shows up as overpayment.

But im no longer will be using this card, how do i transfer this refund into my other bank account? I tried using "Credit Balance Refund" but it says "We are unable to process your request. Kindly contact our 24/7 Phone Banking for further assistance." Their contact number no one really picking up.

If you wait long enough, someone should pick up. Otherwise, choose the Emergency option

Anyone managed to get service tax rebate/waiver recently from cs? I’m using simply cash and cs said no rebate or waiver when I called to request.

Rarely got waiver/rebate. Usually you have to cancel your card, and their Retention might call to retain you and offer the rebate.

I would like to see advise here on comparison between the below travel CC. Which provides the best value from spending value & conversion perspective?

HSBC T1 vs SCB Journey Card:

1) Spending for miles (Local & Foreign spending)
2) Miles conversion (Krisflyer...etc.)

Anybody else having problem login into SC website/app? Kept saying my id or pw is wrong when I am sure it's correct. Can't even check my credit card statement - why can't they just email it to me instead of making me check in the app, which I dislike using?

I am receiving their statement over email. Cannot remember if have to configure it or automagically programmed from your details when you applied for their card.

u need to set by email and online on statement request. else default is online.
this month their app not stable...early month, duitnow issue. cannot receive money. then debit card/cc cannot change settings

My first year of SC Simply Cash CC just completed but got charged for annual fee. It is not automatically waived? I haven’t start calling them to plea for waiver yet

I got charged annual fee, login to SC online request for credit card waiver, today check SC mobile app, credit back the annual fee charges.
