Sc process application for credit card is damn slow I'm already submit on end of September still no news when I call me center the OP told still I. Process... Worst then The ambank

Hi guy, can you share to me is it SC credit card hard to cancel?
Previously applied the credit card, but the customer teams put the wrong contact number to me, causing unable to receive the Temporary PIN number.

I chat with teams and request to change the contact number, and then they say will call to office number for verification (currently outstation). However the problem is they already verified my personal details via phone, what is the point they call office number again? I don't know what is the reason behind. Since I provide all the details they want, they still want to verify again? Am I look scam?

Now move to 2nd month already, I check but still the same incorrect number. Kinda chat with them several times, request to change contact number.
Kinda tired already and request to permanent terminate CC (I'm lazy to explain again and again )
Last week request to terminate CC, and they say will contact to confirm to cancel the card.

But the point is how they contact to confirm cancel the card?

Can somebody share normally permanent terminate CC take how many working days? Any immediately possible?

I'm being struggling for Sc also.. apply a credit sincE September and submit all the document on the early Oct .. since till now the status is still processing .. when I call the card center as their told this and that .. really disappointed on this .. I'm request to cancel application but hey guess what the op told me.. application in process can't be terminated... What a job...I think I will banned the SC since today till the last days in my life

Hi, does anybody here have WorldMiles card? I just applied online and approved. First year fee is waived. Auto waived if spent above RM60k/year but the agent says if below then need to call up for waiver.

What are the chances of waiver based on your experience? Say only use rarely 1-2x per month?
My Visa Platinum only need to use 3x in a year, call up will get waiver.

in ringgitplus website it doesn't say first year fee waived, and minimum spending is actually 100k instead of 60k. wonder if ringgitplus is having incorrect information

I have. First year is waived. I got since July and no AF is charged to me. I haven't spent anything on this card yet.

Got charged 1.2% for a RM1500 transaction made on Shopee. Called up CS and they said that Shopee's card terminal is based in Singapore and this fee cannot be waived.
What a waste.

usually i ask for cancellation and the retention always try to retain me by giving AL waiver. last time they provide 1 year waiver and for this year they willing to give 2 years waiver but i still insist to cancel. again, i seldom use the card as well, probably once a year.
