I got inform the bank..
But you know lah.. Bank will say for confirmation cancellation need submit report to credit card retention teams.. Then, they will call you for confirm to cancel credit card. OR either they offer something else..
From first week of this month, I request to cancel credit card.. Then the retention teams keep delay until last week call me for confirmation credit card. They say will cancel credit card within 5 working days.. So means until today the online banking should be disappear already. But once I login, still can seems like useless card at there..
So I call this morning to check the status, request mark as urgent seems promise me to cancel card within 5 working days. After 1 or 2 hours, I receive a call from retention teams to double confirmation credit card. Then again they say will cancel card within 7 working days (from now on..)
Walao.. Really non-sense already keep delay and delay for this..

So no harm to apply include those rubbish card, though can easily cancel those rubbish card.
But end up, keep delay and delay only... Seems like my first list to "ban" or "blacklist" all the products & services for this bank..
