does any1 get the sms promo about swipe and guranted rm50 cash back with 8x swipe?

i just cancel my justone 2 weeks back,then they say change a visa plat for me and give me rm50 when i active
so that i bcome change from justone to visa plat
now i would like to take back the justone plat,izzit possible
been call cs ,they ask me apply on website
after i apply,the person call me say she will ask card retention call me,but until now been a week, nobody call...
or izzit i can add other gold master card ?

online in charge person say other department will call me, but end up no body call me....

im trying to use my new scb gold cb card at shopee and tnb
1st month been spent more then 500 no cash back at all
now 2nd month, i spent alot more which is tnb and shopee
1st problem is , the shopee chargers is incorrect which is more then what i been pay to shopee ,even after i make the purchase scb sms me the correct amount, but statement show more then that maybe few sen or few ringgit ,2nd is i donno whether this month i get cb or not ,coz my 1st month donno why have rm0 cash back
