Apparently it has started since 20th March, that time I was in overseas and spent some on Taobao using overseas currency recently, hopefully still can make it.

"The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad ("the Bank") 10% CASHBACK ON OVERSEAS SPEND (MARCH 2017) (“Campaign”) commences on 20 MARCH 2017 and ends on 30 APRIL 2017, inclusive of both dates ("Campaign Period")."

Sad that SC don't accept FD for credit card application.

In the meantime, I will continue using back my sister's Gold Cash Back card which I'm her supp and she has 23k CL.
I don't know how this department works but to grant someone with 5k limit for a card which requires at least 7.5k monthly salary. I don't understand.
Not at least 2x meh? Sad.

I don't feel like activating my cards now but I pity the agent who has been very helpful to me and I won't receive my Air Fryer too..

I'm being struggling for Sc also.. apply a credit sincE September and submit all the document on the early Oct .. since till now the status is still processing .. when I call the card center as their told this and that .. really disappointed on this .. I'm request to cancel application but hey guess what the op told me.. application in process can't  be terminated... What a job...I think I will banned the SC since today till the last days in my life

usually i ask for cancellation and the retention always try to retain me by giving AL waiver. last time they provide 1 year waiver and for this year they willing to give 2 years waiver but i still insist to cancel. again, i seldom use the card as well, probably once a year.

my problem is, i have this SCB Cash Back CC, I haven't reach the RM1500 target to earn the 5% cashback, still insufficient of about RM200. so I wish to reach the target by paying the fixed utility bills in advance (for March).

p/s: i have plans to spend in March for other things, so surely I will reach the target in March, that's why I try to spend in Feb instead..
