Really shaping up nicely... good to see they took steps to plant the trees first... gonna take some time for them to mature into a nice green canopy..

Personally although the design is not as "attrractive" as say ES's design, it gives a LOT more usable space. Also its got less of those useless balcony that, despite looking nice no one actually uses it.

So if u compare similar size house between TA/ES, u will notice TA offers quite abit more usable internal space.

Its not a matter of how much internal space one needs.

I'm just showing a comparison of similar size house with TA having much more internal space.

If you syiok with less space, then pls go ahead, its your choice.

I work at KL Sentral.... now stay in Kota Kemuning... "upgrading" to TA for bigger SPACE....

Now takes me around 35 to 40 minutes in the morning to reach my office... no issue....

Fancy facade is one thing....

But I cannot tahan those useless balcony... my old house had a balcony.... just extra space to clean... always dirty cause exposed to the elements... summore no one sit there... total waste of space.

You saw the ES Monterey design? THere is like 2~3 balcony... dah la alrdy small internal space, taken up by balcony lagi... makes their Semi D size more like superlink...

Not dissing ES, its just not for me...

Yeah looks nicer, but end up sacrificing usable space.

As for balcony, condo balcony i still see ppl using it (mainly cause no outside area to lepak?), landed balcony... er... I look around in the evening dont see ppl using it.

The concrete roof is actually 2 layer with insulation (rockwool?) inbetween.

As for painting it more often, I wouldnt know, never had a concrete roof before. But I was thinking of adding a layer of industrial grade waterproofing (sika top coat?) on all the exposed surface as added precaution.
