Just got a used Suprima S year 2013.

So far my FC is 8.4L/100KM.

How much to change engine mounting and gearbox mounting?

Thanks.

That's not too bad considering most users reported ~10L/100km?

yes, 5 years warranty. As long as previous owner carried out regular maintenance at authorised service centre.

Yes.

For me, as normal driving:
RON95 - 9.x to 10.xL/100KM for highway and city
RON97 - 8.x to 9.xL/100KM for highway and city

How about others?

Thank you.

Can try your luck. It should be covered until the 3rd year only.

i think CVT's whine is normal and common to all makes, sit a nissan sylphy current gen few months back, owner thrashing the car by revving kao2, CVT was whinning loud, in fact I thought the whine is like some "supercharger" whine, haha...

It's another sound that appears when cruising above a certain speed. Try looking for a YouTube video.

I can only say that Mazda 2 has battery consumption issue. And that battery is not cheap. (RM5xx for compatible, 7xx for Ori). You have to add that into your total cost of ownership. You can go over that thread and read it up.

Typical problems include refinement, fit and finish, and quality of some of the interior parts of the vehicle.

Some people have problems with the CVT, and it's usually caused by aggressive driving, though there are a small number of cases where the gearbox started to fail even without being driven aggressively. The next big problem is the oil cooler hose, but there is a workshop (who does R&D besides the usual workshop stuff) claiming to have given protong a metal version of the oil cooler hose/unit, and said that we should be able to see it this year.

Proton's manual and official will suggest u to use xw-30 fully EO at 10k interval

But from my personal experience, xw-30 fully EO is too thin, and 10k km service interval is not healthy for turbo

i suggest to go for 5w-40 fully EO at 7.5k interval.

p/s : proton official cfe oil filter (PW811577) actually rated for 10k km usage and use for cps, iafm, n cfe models
