Hi guys, anyone have experience replacing the HU with android aftermarket? The original HU got red socket attached to it... Anyone know this socket is for what function? I want to replace my HU, but if this red socket unplug, my SS behave weirdly... Rear boot cannot open, rear wiper cannot operate, drl light padam when braking... Same behavior if this socket got disconnected from original HU... Anyone got reference on HU wiring, which is which....

Hi all, anyone knows what is the possible problem of engine suffering from low rpm after refuel and started?
It eventually stopped unless I press little bit of pedal. The crank is normal, not like sometimes long cranking sound then engine stopped.
I usually refuel almost full tank but no issue until recently. The fuel consumption also noticeable higher.

yesterday the gearbox went kaput...where to send for replacement in wangsa maju area?..no more warranty..170k km

got quotation 4.6k for recond, 5k for 2nd
while proton quote 7.5k (direct factory), 10k (recond), 14-16k (ori)

Hi guys, just got my SS couple of weeks back. Been scouring thru the forum and one issue that pops up regularly are the engine and gb mounts.

My question is, how bad of a vibration is considered bad till you need to change? Cuz mine sometimes got a bit of vibration when accelerating and idling at N. Other times there's hardly any vibrations at all.

My issue resolved after changed oxygen sensor.
The engine light sensor eventually came up after showing symptoms above.

Now I have another question. After replaced reverse sensor, it's still not working. Is it must replace a pair of faulty sensors? What else I need to check?

Based on your personal vibrate absorption. My case last time is so bad until whole car shaking. Put a bottle with half water on dashboard and watch it.

i'm curious as my car is now 7 years and only do service in proton authorized centres.

no i only used proton OCH and changed every 2yrs, never failed never burst, and i dont use any additive in the engine oil

car sold at almost 8 yrs old

I already changed. If u wanna stay stock, make sure always use Full Synthetic oil & change it every 8000km.

My car battery drain very fast after parking 4 day .checking with multimeter. android player board problem.. Where shop can repair board?i think ic board problem because voltage not stable
