Disappointed with the available choices and their attitude.
1. Prefer to wait for S8Edge but not given a choice and forced to take S7Edge and no other choice of Samsung phones. 2. Extra 1 year screen warranty only applicable to S7Edge, no compensation for full refund 3. No compensation like US/South Korea where higher compensation is given if stay with Samsung and lower compensation for full refund. 4. No fireproof box mail to us and we need to get back to Point of Purchase at our own expense and inconveniences because of their failure.
We trust them and as loyal customer we get treated like nobody in Malaysia and forced to take limited choices.
Where is their responsibility and care towards affected customers?
All I see is just cut cost measures at their conveniences.

Note 7 undoubtedly is the best android phone i have used and there is so far no alternative for it. (For my criteria)
1. 5.7" 2. Water-resistant 3. Low light camera f1.7 4. Wireless charging
There is no phone that can match all the spec in the market for now. Haih, what to do? I am really glad i tried/used it though, so hard to let go.
